With the 2nd operation on my arm happening tomorrow i decided to make some use of the canvas on my arm before it gets cut off and replaced. Its all a bit scruffy and cheesy but i kinda like it ( I did have to do it with my left hand and in the mirror after all!)

I used white board markers, hoping to be able to redo mistakes but stupidly, I didn't account for how porous the cast was and it wont wipe off lol.
The darker patches are due to there being a plaster type bandage which soaked up the ink allot more.

The doctors will probably think im an idiot though.....

Yeah i should be fine -one of the metal plates they put in my arm after my motorcycle crash has snapped because they used a plate that was too thin. Its an operation to replace that plate, but they may also take a bone graft from my hip to promote the healing in my arm.

I get 4 weeks off work to recover, so i guess there is a silver lining to every cloud huh?
